Summary: Our AC did not work and I woke up sweating, hot and the room was very humid.. I didn’t bother calling for service because it was too late in the night and I didn’t think they could do anything about it.

Summary: The staff is kind but there were issues with communication and service. I wasn’t told I needed to ask for housekeeping. However after my first night stay I did advise the girl at the front desk I had a roach crawling across in my room. I returned to no service after a long day at work. When checking out this morning the front desk person then advised me I had to ask or said there is a note on the mirror. I guess having a roach doesn’t constitute needing cleaning service. Breakfast the first morning was terrible and out of stock on several items. Definitely won’t stay again!

Summary: I had a good stay, but around 3 or 4, I kept hearing a high pitched noise. It was either the next door AC unit or the bathroom fan. It was making the noise the rest of the night .

Summary: Our room was very spacious, perfect for a family with kids to spread out. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our kids really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Very clean. We will definitely go back.
